      Strength & Mobility Yoga Series

      Join us for a weekly yoga series designed to strengthen, stabalize, and increase mobility.  While we'll work the whole body in each class, we'll pay extra attention to the following parts of the body each week: Week 1 - Shoulders Week 2 - Hips & Glutes Week 3 - Core Week 4 - Quads & Hamstrings This class is appropriate for all levels. Purchase the whole four week series and save $10, or drop in to any individual class.  To purchase the full four week series bundle, select the first class date (November 3rd).
